Boot Camp

Are you ready to turbocharge your fitness routine? Join us in the Gym (Building E) each Saturday morning at 8:00 am and every Tuesday evening at 5:30 pm for an hour-long fitness boot camp class, with a focus on cardio and strength training. Be sure to bring water, a mat, and a towel.
