Midweek series beginning Wednesday, June 14th

Well, you aren’t alone. Join us for our new midweek series HELP starting Wednesday, May 10th.

Our special guest on week one will be Dr. Trent Langhofer.

Dr. Langhofer is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has worked with individuals and families for nearly a decade. Langhofer is a sought after conference speaker and teacher. He has lectured nationally and internationally to large audiences on topics that include: adjustment following spiritual conversion, the themes perpetuating marital commitment in conservative protestant couples following infidelity, development of authentic intimacy in relationships, and spiritual growth and development in spiritually mature individuals and families.

Steve Smothermon Jr. is a Mental Performance Coach with several years of experience in the field. Steve has worked with top athletes from the NFL, MLB, NCAA D1 and D2, and professional golf circuits. He also helps sales teams, executives, sports teams, entrepreneurs, sports officials, and everyday people achieve their goals.

Steve believes that anyone can do anything if they commit to a strategy and work the strategy. His mission is to inspire, educate, and empower others to be all that they were created to be.

Dr. Jennifer Cecil

Jennifer Cecil, M.Ed.,LPC is a Licensed Master’s Level therapist. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona in 1977 and her Master’s Degree in Counseling in 1979, also from the U of A. She became a Christian at the age of 17, one month prior to attending college and began to integrate her Christian beliefs into the psychological theories and techniques that she learned. She has a passion to help people become whole in “spirit, soul, and body” (I Thessalonians 5:23) so that they can discover and fulfill the purposes and plans for their lives.

Troy Maxwell is senior pastor of Freedom House Church in Charlotte, NC. He’s passionate about God, teaching from the Bible in a way that applies to our lives today. Troy is a strong leader, and he enjoys drawing out and developing the leader in others while challenging them to trust God. A visionary, Troy is not intimidated by the unknown.
