If you’ve spent any time around Dream City Church, you’ve undoubtedly heard of our one-of-a-kind, yearly event, Celebration of Christmas. It’s a spectacular performance that is unlike anything you’ve ever seen. Celebration of Christmas is a unique event that brings together exciting dance numbers, professional acrobatic silk artists, awe-inspiring aerial stunts, and so much more!
This beloved tradition truly showcases the wonder and heart of Christmas through music, dance, live animals, flying angels, and much more. Every year, we outdo ourselves with a full-scale dramatic production that captures the magic of Christmas.
What is Christmas in July? It is a fantastic opportunity to think about auditioning for the Christmas concert at Dream City Church! If you would like to be a part of this special production, now is the time to act!
Should YOU Audition for “Celebration of Christmas?”
Are you passionate about dance, singing, acting, or showcasing special talents? The Christmas production may have a place for you. You may audition for multiple categories within your age group, allowing you to showcase your skills and talents to the fullest.
We Need Volunteers!
Not only is Christmas in July a chance to audition, but it also provides an excellent volunteering opportunity. The production requires the help of hundreds of volunteers to bring the show to life. If you are interested in volunteering in areas such as set design, costume creation, stage management, or any other aspect of the production, reach out, and we will do our best to get you involved.
When Are Auditions?
Dates for Celebration of Christmas auditions are:
- August 5th: Kings Processional and Non speaking parts (Ages 5-75)
- August 12th: Adult Dance Auditions (Ages 13+)
- August 13th: Kids Auditions (Ages 6-12)
- August 19th: Drama & Vocals (Ages 13+)
- August 20th: Drama Callbacks Upon Request On
