Come join us for an evening of worship and praise to kick off Passion Week in Scottsdale! We will be featuring a mix of new, contemporary worship songs, traditional hymns, and other uplifting music that will help set the tone for this special week. Our hope is that this night of singing and prayer will fill your heart with joy and prepare you to experience all that God has planned for you during Passion Week. The identity and character of Jesus Christ often seems familiar. We can quickly conjure up an image of what we think Jesus is like. But there is a temptation to create a Jesus who fits our personal preferences. 

The revelation of Christ in scripture resists easy boxes and comfortable molds. Why?  While God the Father might sometimes feel distant, Jesus says, “Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father” (John 4:19). When we encounter Jesus Christ as the Son, the Healer, the Savior, and the risen King, we encounter the God of all the universe.
